ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £200 QUALIFY FOR OUR FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE – FOR UK CUSTOMERS WE OFFER A FREE RETURNS SERVICE (FULL PRICE PURCHASES ONLY). Free UK returns are through DPD/Interlink and they offer a 3 hourly window for collections.

EU customers: If your order is over £200 you will automatically qualify for FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY. However we do not offer a free returns service outside of the UK, so you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred on returning an item. DUTIES & TAXES

We deliver DDP/Delivery Duty Paid to EU countries, US & Australia. For all other destinations, customers may face import and duty taxes. If a delivery destination is selected where we do not currently offer Duty Paid, then product prices are displayed in Sterling but are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. These vary from country to country and URSA has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

RUSSIA

Please note that through reasons beyond our control we do not currently ship to Russian addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from URSA, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for
a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please note that sale items discounted by -50% and more are treated as final sale and are non-returnable or refundable.

UK ORDERS

At URSA we offer a FREE UK COLLECTION & RETURNS service through our shipping partner Interlink/DPD on full price items only ( sale goods not included ).

RETURNS PROCEEDURE

EMAIL URSA

Please email us at returns@ursalondon.com within 5 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return. Please state your customer number, the product/item number and details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then issue you with a Returns Code for you to add to the Returns Note included in your parcel.

BOOK COLLECTION

The URSA team will arrange a collection for you, please specify a pick-up address and date of pick up.

COMPLETE RETURNS NOTE

Please fill in the RETURNS NOTE with the Returns Code. Place in parcel with items being returned.

PARCEL COLLECTED

Our DPD/Interlink driver will supply a waybill and attach it to your parcel to be returned, and then the parcel will be on its way back to us.

PARCEL RECEIVED

Once we receive your parcel at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and that your refund is being processed.

YOUR REFUND

Your refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

PLEASE NOTE – Items returned must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition. In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned, we are also unable to accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are faulty.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

URSA will accept returns for items purchased by international customers, as long as the RETURNS PROCEDURE above has been followed. International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse. We advise that you have insurance against loss of the parcel as URSA will hold no responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Items must be returned in an unworn re-saleable condition. Once the items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, and free returns is not offered for sale goods purchased.

EXCHANGES

Please contact store@ursalondon.com if you wish to exchange an item.

OTHER FAQ’s

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If the item is in stock then it will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. On placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation from the URSA team with tracking information.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer services team within 72 hours of receiving the product at store@ursalondon.com

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY

Please check carefully your items once they arrive. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/damaged item please email our customer services team at store@ursalondon.com stating your order number and the nature of the fault. Our team will advise you on how to return the items for a replacement or full refund. For faulty items that have been worn or used or returns outside our Return’s Policy, please email our customer services team at store@ursalondon.com for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of URSA.
